摘 要:为明确甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油和微乳剂的松脂溶解性、吸收及其防治效果,开展了松脂溶解性测定注射马尾松吸收效果及其对松材线虫病(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)的防治效果试验。试验结果表明,1、6、12 h时5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC在松脂中溶解量分别达4698.0、5336.0、6232.0μg/g,显著高于2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME在松脂中的溶解量(分别为1903.0、3466.8、3831.6μg/g)。注药后12 h,5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC的吸收比例分别为90.5%、87.4%,均显著高于2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME的吸收比例(分别为72.1%、70.4%)。马尾松注射5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC 20 m L/株、2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME 50 m L/株对松材线虫病的防治效果分别为100%和90.1%。说明5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC的松脂溶解性、马尾松吸收及防治效果均优于2.3%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐ME。In order to clarify the rosin solubility,absorption and control effect of emamectin benzoate 5.7% emulsion concentrate(EC) and 2.3% microemulsion(ME),the rosin solubility test was carried out.The test results showed that the solubility of emamectin benzoate 5.7% EC in rosin reached 4698.0,5336.0 and 6232.0 μ g/g at 1,6 and 12 hours,respectively,which was significantly higher than the solubility of emamectin benzoate 2.3% ME in rosin(1903.0,3466.8and 3831.6 μg/g,respectively).12 hours after injection,the absorption rates of emamectin benzoate 5.7% EC were 90.5%and 87.4%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the absorption rates of emamectin benzoate 2.3% ME(72.1% and 70.4%,respectively).The control effects of injecting emamectin benzoate 5.7% EC 20 m L/plant and emamectin benzoate 2.3% ME 50 m L/plant against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Masson pine were 100% and 90.1%,respectively.This indicates that the rosin solubility,absorption effect and control effect of emamectin benzoate 5.7% EC are better than those of emamectin benzoate 2.3% ME.
