摘 要:智慧水利是新阶段水利高质量发展的显著标志和六条实施路径之一,数字孪生水利是智慧水利的核心与关键。文章聚焦数字孪生峡江水利枢纽工程先行先试任务,阐述了信息基础设施、数字孪生平台、业务应用、网络安全体系、保障体系等方面的建设重点,并总结提炼先行先试任务成果经验,提出数字孪生水利工程建设的实施路径。本建设成果在流域防洪、水资源管理与调配、水利工程运行管理等方面取得了良好的应用成效,可为数字孪生水利工程建设起到典型示范作用,为推进数字孪生水利工程建设提供参考。A smart water sector is a significant indicator and one of the six implementation paths for the high-quality development of the water sector in the new stage,and digital twin water conservancy serves as the core and key component of a smart water sector.Focusing on the pilot task of the digital twin Xiajiang Water Conservancy Project,this paper elaborates on the construction priorities for information infrastructure,digital twin platform,business application,network security system,and guarantee system,summarizes and refines the results and experience from the pilot task,and proposes the implementation paths for the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects.The achievements have yielded satisfactory fruits in terms of basin flood control,water resources management and allocation,and water project operation management.They can play a typical demonstration role in the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects and provide reference for promoting the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects.
