摘　　要：全面深化改革是一项没有任何成例可援的伟大事业。新时代全面深化改革在理论继承中实现了创新发展,在历史图景变迁中锚定历史新方位,在任务转换中开创实践新路径,深化了中国共产党百年奋斗史中的改革深度,锤炼了改革开放史中的改革韧度,延展了社会主义发展史中的改革广度,提升了人类文明发展史中的改革效度。当前,我们正处于以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的关键时期,必须坚持党的全面领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持守正创新、坚持以制度建设为主线、坚持全面依法治国、坚持系统观念等基本原则,这对于进一步用好推进中国式现代化的“重要法宝”和“关键一招”具有深远意义。Comprehensively deepening the reform is a great undertaking with no precedents to rely on.In the new era,this endeavor has achieved innovative development on the basis of theoretical inheritance,identifying a new anchoring point amid changing historical contexts,and created new practical paths in the shift of task.It has extended the depth of the reform as part of CPC's centenary struggle,increased the tenacity of the reform as part of the history of the reform and opening up,expanded the breadth of the reform as part of the socialist development,and improved the effectiveness of the reform as part of the history of human civilization.Currently,we are in a crucial period for advancing the cause of building a strong country and the great rejuvenation of the nation through Chinese-style modernization in all respects.It is essential to adhere to the following basic principles:maintaining the overall leadership of the Party,putting the people at the center,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,adhering to the main line of institutional construction,promoting the rule of law in all areas,and maintaining a systemic perspective.These principles have profound significance for effectively utilizing the“important magic weapon”and“key strategy”of the Chinese-style modernization.
