摘  要:渤海某油田生产水具有矿化度高、硫化氢含量高以及pH值偏高的特点,生产水挥发出的气相硫化氢浓度达到5000×10^(-6)以上,在硫化氢处理过程中存在结垢及腐蚀伤害。通过对比国内含硫污水硫化氢的脱除技术,结合油田的具体生产实际情况,确定中和除硫法可用于生产水硫化氢治理。评价了8种不同类型的脱硫剂,对脱硫后生产水的腐蚀性和阻垢性进行研究,并设计了现场生产水脱硫工艺。室内实验结果表明,三嗪类除硫剂除硫效果最好,设计脱硫剂配方为80%三嗪THT+10%BHF-09+10%BHH-209F。当现场试验在脱硫剂加量为0.24%(体积浓度)时,可在2min内将生产水挥发硫化氢浓度降低至6×10^(-6);处理后的生产水对不同钢材的缓蚀率达到98%以上,水中钙、镁离子保留率达到89.84%。根据现场试验结果,提出生产水硫化氢治理工艺。采用该技术处理后的生产水可满足修井作业要求,大幅提升了洗井效率,降低了冬季修井作业期间的冷伤害。The production water of a certain oilfield in Bohai has the characteristics of high mineralization, high hydrogen sulfide content, and high pH value.The concentration of gas-phase hydrogen sulfide emitted by the production water reached over 5000×10^(-6),and there was scaling and corrosion damages during the hydrogen sulfide treatment process.By comparing the hydrogen sulfide removal technologies of domestic sulfur-containing wastewater and combining with the specific production situation of oil fields, the neutralization sulfur removal method was determined to be used for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in production water.8 different types of desulfurizers were evaluated and the corrosiveness and scale inhibition of production water after desulfurization were studied.An on-site production water desulfurization process was designed.The indoor experimental results showed that triazine sulfur removal agents had the best sulfur removal effect.The designed desulfurization agent formula was 80% triazine THT+10% BHF-09+10% BHH-209F.In the on-site test, when the desulfurization agent dosage was 0.24%,the concentration of volatile hydrogen sulfide in the production water can be reduced to 6×10^(-6) within 2 minutes.The corrosion inhibitor rate of the treated production water on different steels reached over 98%,and the retention rate of calcium and magnesium ions in the water reached 89.84%.Based on the on-site test results, a hydrogen sulfide treatment process for production water was proposed.The treated production water can meet the requirements of workover operations, significantly improve well flushing efficiency, and reduce cold damage during winter workover operations.
