摘 要:冷却气体对超细镍粉的形成和性质具有重要影响。采用化学气相沉积法制备超细镍粉,选择H_(2)流量为3L/min、载气流量为2L/min,H_(2)浓度为20%、反应温度1100℃,研究了冷却气体(N_(2))流量对镍粉粒径和形貌的影响,通过SEM、BET、XRD和激光粒度仪等分析手段,对所制备的镍粉颗粒的结晶度、形貌、粒径和分散性能进行表征。结果表明:冷却气体会影响镍粉的结晶性能、形貌和粒径,进而影响镍粉的分散性能。选择冷却气体与H_(2)同一路进气,流量为3L/min可以得到分散性较好、球形明显、平均粒径0.24μm左右以及结晶度较高的超细镍粉。Cooling gas has an important influence on the formation and properties of ultrafine nickel powder.Ultrafine nickel powder was prepared by chemical vapor deposition.The effects of cooling gas(N_(2))flow rate on the particle size and morphology of nickel powder were studied by selecting H_(2)flow rate of 3 L/min,carrier gas flow rate of 2L/min,H_(2)concentration of 20%and reaction temperature of 1100℃.The crystallinity,morphology,particle size and dispersion properties of the prepared nickel powder particles were characterized by SEM,BET,XRD and laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that the cooling gas would affect the crystallization properties,morphology and particle size of nickel powder,and then affected the dispersion properties of nickel powder.The cooling gas and hydrogen were selected the same intake path,and the flow rate was 3L/min.The ultrafine nickel powder with good dispersion,obvious spherical shape,average particle size of about 0.24μm and high crystallinity were obtained.
