摘  要:医药中间体生产过程中广泛使用贵金属催化剂。贵金属作为有害杂质存在于产品中,需要去除,同时贵金属作为重要的高价值化工原料,亦需要富集回收。根据实际生产中遇到的钯炭催化剂流失问题,介绍了贵金属钯的几条主要流失路径。通过实验和分析,查找隐蔽流失路径,并完善贵金属富集回收工艺,减少钯流失,为企业节约生产成本。Precious metal catalysts are widely used in the production process of pharmaceutical intermediates.Precious metals exist as harmful impurities in the products and need to be removed.Meanwhile, precious metals, as high-value materials, also require to be enriched and recycled.The mode of palladium loss in production were studied through experiments and analysis.And the hidden loss paths were found out.Appropriate enrichment methods and recovery techniques were designed to reduce palladium loss and to reduce the production costs for enterprises.
