摘 要:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定碱式碳酸镍中Na、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cd和Cr这10种杂质的含量,采用基体匹配法消除高浓度镍基体效应的影响,并对测定条件及工作参数进行了研究。与现行的行业标准(HG/T 4696—2020)方法(原子吸收分光光度计法)相比,ICP-OES法可以同时测定10种元素,分析速率快、精密度高,相对标准偏差为4.42%~8.87%,回收率为91.7%~108.5%。Simultaneous determination of 10 impurities including Na, K,Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cd and Cr in basic nickel carbonate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES) were studied.The matrix matching method was used to eliminate the influence of high concentration nickel matrix effect.The determination conditions and working parameters were studied.Compared with the current industry standard(HG/T 4696—2020) method(atomic absorption spectrophotometer),ten elements can be determined by ICP-OES method at the same time, with fast analysis speed and high precision.The relative standard deviations were 4.42%~8.87%,and the recoveries were 91.7%~108.5%.
