摘　　要：黄芩苷是具有抗炎、抗菌、泻火解毒、止血安胎以及抗变态反应等良好药理活性的吡喃葡萄糖酸类精细化学品。综述了高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法、薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法以及电化学传感器等检测技术对黄芩苷的分析检测研究进展,并展望了其发展前景。Baicalin is a fine chemical of pyranogluconic acid compound, with good pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, purging fire and detoxification, hemostasis and stillbirth, anti-allergy, etc.The research progress in the analysis and detection of baicalin by high-performance liquid chromatography, ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, thin-layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry, electrochemical sensors and other detection technologies were reviewed, and the development prospects were put forward.
