摘 要:为明确河南省漯河地区草地贪夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda)的自然天敌资源,在当地春玉米、夏玉米、冬小麦和自生玉米苗等植株上,调查采集草地贪夜蛾幼虫进行室内饲养观察。结果发现有寄生蜂、病原真菌和昆虫病原线虫等天敌类群,寄生率或感染率分别为0~43.75%、0~32.95%和0~23.08%。寄生蜂种类分别为棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂(Campoletis chlorideae Uchida)、台湾甲腹茧蜂(Chelonus formosanus Sonan)、马尼拉侧沟茧蜂(Microplitis manilae)、中红侧沟茧蜂(Microplitis mediator Haliday)和盘背菱室姬蜂[Mesochorus disceitergus(Say)],其中棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂为优势种,占寄生蜂总数量的87.50%;昆虫病原真菌有绿僵菌和白僵菌,以绿僵菌为主。本研究可为当地草地贪夜蛾的可持续绿色防控提供基础数据。To clarify the natural enemy resources of Spodoptera frugiperda in the Luohe area,Henan,we investigated and collected the larvae from local plants,including spring maize,summer maize,winter wheat,and self-grown maize seedlings,for indoor rearing observation.The results showed that the species of natural enemies were parasitic wasps,entomopathogenic fungi,and entomopathogenic nematodes,with a parasitism or infection rate ranging from 0~43.75%,0~32.95%,and 0~23.08%,respectively.The species of parasitic wasps have been identified,including Campoletis chlorideae,Chelonus formosanus,Microplitis manilae,Microplitis mediator,and Mesochorus disceitergus.Of these,C.chlorideae was the dominant species,accounting for 87.50%of the parasitic wasps.The entomopathogenic fungi included Metarhizium spp.and Beauweria spp.,with Metarhizium spp.being the predominant species.This study provided fundamental data for the sustainable control of S.frugiperda in Luohe City.
