摘　　要：目的探讨老年人体医融合健康促进领域的研究热点及前沿趋势,以期为未来老年人体医融合健康促进相关研究提供理论参考。方法检索2005—2022年Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的老年人体医融合健康促进的相关文献进行文献计量和可视化分析。结果收集有效文献1861篇,2005—2022年发文量整体呈逐年上升趋势。发文量前三位的国家依次为美国(153篇)、中国(457篇)、加拿大(126篇);高校是老年人体医融合健康促进研究的主阵地;高频关键词为身体活动(338次)、老年人(321次)、健康(239次);热点聚类共生成高血压、康复、海马体、社会支持等13个主要聚类;前沿突现词为平衡(6.84)、衰弱(6.75)和量表(6.36)。结论目前老年人体医融合健康促进领域的研究热点集中于老年人心血管疾病、肌-骨系统疾病、神经退行性疾病及心理健康的运动干预研究,前沿聚焦于老年人平衡功能和衰弱的运动干预研究及老年人量表工具应用研究。Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers trends in the field of the integration of exercise and medicine for the elderly,in order to provide theoretical reference for future related research.Methods Literature on the integration of exercise and medicine for the elderly published from 2005 to 2022 in the Web of Science Core Collection database was retrieved and subjected to bibliometric and visualization analysis.Results A total of 1861 valid articles were collected,and the overall publication volume showed an increasing trend year by year.The United States(457 articles),China(153 articles),and Canada(126 articles)had the main advantage in terms of publication volume.Universities were the main battlefield for promoting the elderly integration of exercise and medicine.The high-frequency keywords were physical activity(338 times),older adult(321 times),and health(239 times).The major research clusters formed were hypertension,rehabilitation,hippocampus,social support,and 13 other main clusters.The frontier burst keywords are balance(6.84),frailty(6.75),and scale(6.36).Conclusions At present,the research hotspots in the field of elderly integration of exercise and medicine focus on the exercise intervention research of cardiovascular disease,musculoskeletal system disease,neurodegenerative disease,and mental health of the elderly,and the frontier focuses on exercise intervention research for balance function and frailty,as well as the application of assessment scales for the elderly.
