摘　　要：在新能源商用车售后市场中,面对车辆故障而电控系统未能直接报出明确故障码的情况,售后技术人员往往面临诊断难题。对此,可以利用基于规则算法的新能源专家诊断系统。该系统能够通过快速、高效的方式识别并定位故障原因,从而提高售后维修效率。系统内不同组件协同工作,以多样化的数据流传输方式,共同驱动软件功能,实现智能化故障诊断。In the aftermarket of new energy commercial vehicles,if the vehicle fails but the electronic control system does not report the fault code,it is difficult for after-sales personnel to judge the cause of the failure.The different components represent the data flow in different ways throughout the system to enable the functionality of the data-driven software.
