摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜手术联合鼻腔雾化疗法对慢性鼻窦炎患者治疗效果及安全性。方法选取2019年1月-2022年6月于我院就诊并行鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组(n=35)及治疗组(n=35)。对照组采用传统手术联合普通海水治疗方法,治疗组采用鼻内镜手术联合鼻腔雾化疗法治疗。对比两组患者术后治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.14%高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的嗅觉障碍、鼻塞、面部疼痛以及流涕的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05):治疗组不良反应发生率为5.71%小于对照组的25.71%(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术联合鼻腔雾化疗法对慢性鼻窦炎患者具有较好的疗效,可有效改善患者症状、鼻窦开放及鼻腔黏膜状况,减少术后疼痛以及不良反应,安全性较好,值得临床借鉴参考。Objective To evaluate the effcacy and safety of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with nasal spray therapy in the treatment of sinusitis.Methods From January 2019 to June 2022,70 patients with nasal sinusitis underwent endoscopic sinus surgery,they were randomly divided into control group(N=35)and treatment group(N=35).The control group was treated with traditional operation combined with common seawater,and the treatment group was treated with endoscopic surgery combined with nasal spray therapy.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%,p<0.05),and the scores of dysosmia,nasal obstruction,facial pain and runny nose in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05)The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(25.71%)(p<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with nasal spray therapy is an effective method for the treatment of sinusitis.It can effectively improve the symptoms,sinus opening and nasal mucosa condition,and reduce postoperative pain and adverse reactions,the safety is good,it is worthy of clinical reference.
