参苓白术散联合穴位贴敷治疗肺脾气虚型慢性鼻窦炎的临床研

摘　　要：目的探究对肺脾气虚型慢性鼻窦炎(CS)患者采用参苓白术散联合穴位贴敷的疗效。方法选取本院于2019年1月至2022年12月期间纳入的80例肺脾气虚型CS患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组(n=40,常规治疗)及中药组(n=40,参苓白术散联合穴位贴敷),观察疗效、鼻功能、炎症因子及不良反应。结果参照组疗效为75%,中药组为92.5%,中药组较参照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,患者鼻功能及炎症因子均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,中药组数据普遍好转(P<0.05)。参照组不良反应发生率为15%,中药组为2.5%,可以看出中药组小于参照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合穴位贴敷对肺脾气虚型CS患者的疗效提升,改善鼻功能,减少炎症因子与不良反应,安全性提升。Objective To explore the effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with acupoint application on chronic sinusitis(CS)with lung Qi deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung Qi deficiency type CS admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were divided into the reference group(n=40,conventional treatment)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=40,Shenling Baizhu powder combined with acupoint application)by random number table method.The efficacy,nasal function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were observed.Results The curative effect was 75%in the reference group and 92.5%in the TCM group,which was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in nasal function and inflammatory factors(P>0.05),but after treatment,the data in the TCM group were generally improved(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15%in the reference group and 2.5%in the TCM group,indicating that the TCM group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with acupoint application can improve the efficacy of CS patients with lung Qi deficiency,improve nasal function,reduce inflammatory factors and adverse reactions,and improve safety.
