功能性内窥镜鼻窦术联合布地奈德在鼻窦炎中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性内窥镜鼻窦术联合布地德在鼻突窦炎中的治疗效果。方法选择80例鼻窦炎患者并进行回顾性研究,病历资料收集时间为2022年1月至12月,根据不同治疗方案将入组的患者进行平均分组,对照组患者行功能性内窥镜鼻窦术治疗,研究组患者则联合布地奈德治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、鼻部症状评分变化、各炎性因子水平变化、鼻腔黏膜形态与生活质量改善情况及术后复发率。结果研究组患者治疗总有效37例,占92.50%,对照组患者治疗总有效30例,占75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者鼻塞、流脓涕、鼻痒、嗅觉减退评分较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者SNOT-20与Lund-Kennedy评分较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组患者降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各炎性因子水平较治疗前明均明显降低,且研究组患者降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后3个月研究组复发2例,占5.00%,对照组患者复发8例,占20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性内窥镜鼻实术联合布地奈德可有效缓解鼻部症状及炎性反应,改善鼻腔黏膜形态及生活质量,降低复发率,对促进鼻窦炎患者病情康复具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with budesonide in the treatment of sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with sinusitis were selected and a retrospective study was carried out.The medical records were collected from January to December 2022.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.The control group received functional endoscopic sinus surgery,while the study group received budesonide combined therapy.The total effective rate of treatment,the change of nasal symptom score,the changes in levels of inflammatory factors,the improvement of nasal mucosa morphology and quality of life and the postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 37 cases,accounting for 92.50%,and that in the control group was 30 cases,accounting for 75.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching and hypoosmia in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SNOT-20 and Lund-Kennedy scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the reduction of patients in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05);Three months after treatment,2 patients in the study group recurred,accounting for 5.00%,and 8 patients in the control group recurred,accounting for 20.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with budesonide can effectively relieve nasal symptoms and inflammatory reactions,improve nasal mucosa m
