甲状腺瘤采用改良小切口手术治疗的效果及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的评价甲状腺瘤采用改良小切口手术治疗的效果及安全性。方法调查资料起止时间为2021年3月~2022年12月,入组对象为在我院行手术治疗的甲状腺瘤患者,从中筛选出符合标准的72例,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组和观察组各设定36例,分别实施传统手术治疗和改良小切口手术,比较分析各组患者的手术相关指标、术后并发症、生活质量以及手术效果。结果以对照组的测定结果为参照,观察组治疗的出血量少、切口长度、手术时间、住院时间均明显较短,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后三个月的各方面生活质量评分显著高于对照组,其术后并发症发生率明显比对照组低,统计差异有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后取得的总有效率显著高于对照组,数据差异呈现为P<0.05。结论临床治疗甲状腺瘤采取改良小切口手术的疗效好,术后恢复快,出现的并发症少,能确保患者尽早恢复正常生活,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified small incision surgery for thyroid tumors.Method The survey data was conducted from March 2021 to December 2022.The enrolled patients were thyroid tumor patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital.72 patients who met the criteria were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group and the observation group were divided into 36 patients,each receiving traditional surgical treatment and improved small incision surgery.The surgical related indicators,postoperative complications,quality of life,and surgical outcomes of each group were compared and analyzed.Result Taking the measurement results of the control group as a reference,the observation group showed significantly shorter bleeding volume,incision length,surgical time,and hospital stay,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group three months after treatment,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The total effective rate achieved by the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a data difference of P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of thyroid tumors using modified small incision surgery has good efficacy,fast postoperative recovery,and fewer complications,which can ensure that patients can return to normal life as soon as possible and is worthy of clinical adoption.
