糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂辅以通窍鼻炎颗粒在变应性鼻炎治疗的作用分析

摘　　要：目的评估糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+通窍鼻炎颗粒应用在变应性鼻炎(AR)治疗中的作用。方法纳入2021年2月-2022年6月的84例AR患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入42例,行糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗)、观察组(纳入42例,加用通窍鼻炎颗粒),评价组间临床有效率、症状积分、Th1/Th2水平、药物不良反应(ADR)。结果(1)较之对照组(80.95%),观察组临床有效率(97.62%)更高,P<0.05;(2)治疗2周后,观察组症状积分、Th1/Th2水平更佳,P<0.05:(3)在ADR方面,观察组(4.76%)与对照组(11.90%)无差异,P>0.05。结论对AR患者行糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗,可以增强疗效,调节Th1/Th2水平,尽快缓解不适症状,加之ADR少,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of Mometasone furoate nasal spray+Tongqiaoyan granules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 84 AR patients from February 2021 to June 2022 were included and divided into control group(42 cases included and treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray)and observation group(42 cases included and treated with Tongqiaoyan granules)according to random number table method.Clinical response rate,symptom score,Th1/Th2 level and adverse drug reactions(ADR)were evaluated between groups.Results(1)Compared with the control group(80.95%),the clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.62%)was higher,P<0.05;(2)After 2 weeks of treatment,symptom score and Th1/Th2 level in observation group were better,P<0.05;(3)There was no difference in ADR between the observation group(4.76%)and the control group(11.90%),P>0.05.Conclusion The treatment of AR patients with Mometasone furoate nasal spray+Tongqiaoyan granules can enhance the curative effect,adjust the level of Th1/Th2,relieve discomfort symptoms as soon as possible,plus less ADR,worthy of promotion.
