糠酸莫米松喷雾剂结合鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻内镜手术的效果。方法选取自2020年6月~2022年6月到我院就诊的76例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者。采用奇偶分组法均分为联合组与参照组,每组均为38例。参照组行鼻内镜手术治疗,联合组术后加用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量、鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间及复发情况。结果联合组治疗效果高于参照组(P<0.05);联合组生活质量高于参照组(P<0.05);联合组鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间少于参照组(P<0.05);联合组复发情况低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻内镜手术的效果较好,患者的治疗效果与生活质量提高,鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间及复发情况减少,具有重要临床应用价值,建议进一步推广及应用。Objective To explore the effect of performing ometasone furoate nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods 76 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps came to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.The parity group method was divided into experimental and reference groups,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with mometasone furroate.The treatment effect,quality of life,duration of nasal mucosa and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the time was less than the reference group(P<0.05);the recurrence of the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05)Conclusion The nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery has a good effect,improves the effect of treatment and quality of life of patients,and reduces the time and recurrence of nasal mucosa,which has important clinical application value.It is recommended for further promotion and application.
