龙胆泻肝汤加减治耳疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗耳疮的临床疗效,为合理用药提供一定参考。方法本次进行对照分析,纳入无锡市惠山区中医院收治的耳疮(外耳道炎)患者72例,符合纳入及排除标准。整理资料,使用随机摸球方式,将72例患者分入两个临床组别,每组有36例。两组的基础治疗均相同,对照组予以醋酸曲安奈德益康唑乳膏,持续15天;观察组予以龙胆泻肝汤加减,持续15天。疗程结束后对临床疗效进行评价,随访并记录3个月内的复发情况。结果对照组中临床治愈9例,显效9例,有效12例,总有效率为83.33%;观察组中临床治愈13例,显效10例,有效12例,总有效率为97.22%。对照组的总有效率低于观察组,对比有统计意义(P<0.05)。对照组的复发率19.44%高于观察组5.56%,对比有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗耳疮的临床疗效确切,可以降低复发率,值得大力推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of ear ulcers and provide some reference for rational drug use.Methods 72 patients with ear ulcers(External auditory meatis)admitted to the Huishan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wuxi City met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.divide 72 patients into two clinical groups by randomly touching the ball,with 36 patients in each group.while the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole for15 days;The observation group was treated with modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction for 15 days.the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the recurrence within 6 months was recorded.Results In the control group,9 cases were clinically cured,9 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%;In the observation group,13 cases were clinically cured,10 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.22%.The total effective rate of patients in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the control group was 19.44%higher than 5.56%in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction has a definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of ear ulcers,can reduce the recurrence rate.
