铝碳酸镁辅以奥美拉唑在胃食管反流性咽喉炎中的疗效及对咽喉反流率影响观察

摘　　要：目的系统分析铝碳酸镁辅以奥美拉唑在胃食管反流性咽喉炎中的疗效及对咽喉反流率影响。方法述选本院82例胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者展开系统研究,选取时间范围是2020年1月~2022年1月,依据“治疗方式的不同”将其分成对照组与研究组,且每组收入患者41例,对照组患者以铝碳酸镁治疗,研究组行铝碳酸镁辅以奥美拉唑治疗,系统分析两组的疗效、临床症状评分、DeMeester评分与咽喉反流率。结果治疗前,两组患者在临床症状评分与DeMeester评分方面无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,对比于对照组,研究组的临床症状评分与DeMeester评分显著较低,P<0.05;治疗后,对比于对照组,研究组的疗效显著较高,P<0.05;治疗后,对比于对照组,研究组的咽喉反流率显著较低,P<0.05。结论铝碳酸镁辅以奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者可显著提升其疗效,缓解临床症状,降低咽喉反流率,建议临床积极学习、推广。Objective To systematically analyze the effcacy of magnesium aluminum carbonate combined with omeprazole in gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis and the effect on the rate of pharyngeal reflux.Method A total of 82 patients with gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis in our hospital were selected for systematic study from January 2020 to January 2022.According to"different treatment methods",they were divided into control group and research group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate,while the research group was treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate combined with omeprazole.The efficacy,clinical symptom score,DeMeester score and throat reflux rate of the two groups were systematically analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score and DeMeester score between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,the clinical symptom score and DeMeester score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the curative effect of the study group was significantly higher,P<0.05;After treatment,the rate of laryngeal reflux in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium aluminum carbonate combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis patients can significantly improve the efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the rate of pharyngeal reflux,it is recommended to actively learn and promote clinical.
