艾司唑仑片在神经性耳鸣中的辅助治疗效果及不良反应发生率分析

摘　　要：目的探究艾司唑仑片在神经性耳鸣中的辅助治疗效果及不良反应发生率。方法收录2021.3-2024.3期间于我院接受治疗的神经性耳鸣患者,合计收录样本量为60例,将其应用摸球法进行分组并开展不同临床治疗手段,比较组间症状、情绪、不良反应发生率差异。纳入对照组、观察组样本量均有30例,所对应的治疗方案为营养神经药物联合扩血管药物治疗、对照组基础上加用艾司唑仑片。结果于治疗前后评价两组耳鸣症状,治疗前组间未见明显差异,治疗后严重程度评分均以观察组更低,P<0.05。入组时组间情绪状态差异较小,护理后HADS-A、HADS-D评分均以观察组更低,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率差异较小,治疗安全性相当,P>0.05。结论在神经性耳鸣患者治疗中,于常规营养神经药物、扩血管药物基础上加用艾司唑仑片辅助治疗,对于促进患者耳鸣症状改善、缓解其负性情绪的价值显著,且能有效保障治疗安全性。Objective To explore the adjuvant therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of estazolam tablets in nervous tinnitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with neurotic tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were enrolled.They were divided into groups by touching the ball and carried out different clinical treatments,and the differences in symptoms,emotions and adverse reactions between the groups were compared.There were 30 cases in the control group and the observation group,and the corresponding treatment scheme was the combination of neurotrophic drugs and vasodilators,and the control group was added with estazolam tablets.Results The tinnitus symptoms of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the severity scores of the observation group were lower,P<0.05.There was little difference in emotional state between the two groups when they entered the group,and the scores of HADS-A and HADS-D in the observation group were lower after nursing,P<0.05.There was little difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and the treatment safety was similar,P>0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with nervous tinnitus,the addition of estazolam tablets on the basis of routine nutraceuticals and vasodilators is of great value in promoting the improvement of patients'tinnitus symptoms and relieving their negative emotions,and can effectively ensure the safety of treatment.
