摘　　要：目的本文重点分析在分泌性中耳炎治疗中鼓膜穿刺联合布地奈德雾化治疗的效果。方法以2022年8月-2023年8月为研究目标具体时间段,研究目标为本院收治的分泌性中耳炎患者,病例数量为80例,按“随机数字表法”均分为对照组与观察组,确保每组病例数量为40例,对照组予以鼓膜穿刺,观察组予以布地奈德雾化治疗,详细探讨两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间、听力水平。结果经不同方式治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率相对较高(P<0.05);展开治疗后,观察组患者症状消失时间明显优对照组;对比分析治疗前两组患者听力水平后无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者听力水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼓膜穿刺联合布地奈德雾化治疗分泌性中耳炎具有较好的疗效,能够有效减少耳内分泌物量、改善听力水平,缓解疼痛症状,且安全性高,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective This study focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of tympanocentesis combined with budesonide nebulization in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods The specific study period was from August 2022 to August 2023,with a total of 80 cases of patients with secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital.The cases were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group using the"random number table method"to ensure 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent tympanocentesis,while the observation group received budesonide nebulization treatment.The clinical efficacy,time to symptom disappearance,and hearing levels of the two groups of patients were comprehensively discussed.Results After treatment by different methods,the overall clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was relatively higher(P<0.05);the time for symptom disappearance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group;there was no significant difference in hearing levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the hearing level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tympanocentesis combined with budesonide nebulization therapy for secretory otitis media has good efficacy,can effectively reduce middle ear secretions,improve hearing levels,alleviate pain symptoms,and is highly safe.It is worth clinical reference and promotion.
