低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎接受优质护理干预方法与效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者低温等离子治疗中护理干预方法及临床护理效果。方法以2021年2月~2022年12月研究时间段内于本院行低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者95例为研究对象,实施对比性护理研究,术前采用盲选抽签法划分组别为参照组(n=47)、研究组(n=48),低温等离子手术期间参照组配合常规护理,研究组配合护理干预。比较两组患者手术治疗指标,术后预后恢复情况及手术并发症发生率组间差异性。结果(1)研究组手术时间、术中失血量、术后卧床时间、术后住院时间及术后昏厥发生率、进食减少发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。(2)研究组手术并发症发生率为6.25%,低于参照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肥厚性鼻炎患者低温等离子治疗期间护理干预的配合,可积极提升患者手术效率,减少手术损伤,降低手术并发症风险,干预效果确切。Objective To analyze the nursing intervention methods and clinical nursing effects in low-temperature plasma therapy in patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods A total of 95 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who underwent low-temperature plasma therapy in our hospital during the study period from February 2021-December 2022 were the study subjects.The differences between groups in the effects of high-quality nursing interventions,postoperative prognosis recovery and surgical complication rates were compared.Results(l)The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bed rest time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative fainting,feeding reduction and surgical complications in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The cooperation of nursing intervention during cryoplasmic therapy in patients with hypertrophic rhinitis can actively improve the surgical efficiency,reduce surgical injury,reduce the risk of surgical complications,and the intervention effect is accurate.
