基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径在扁桃体炎并腺样体增生患儿围术期护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径在扁桃体炎并腺样体增生患儿围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月~2022年12月期间本院收治的90例扁桃体炎并腺样体增生手术患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表进行分组,即对照组(45例)与研究组(45例)。对照组采取常规围术期护理措施,研究组基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径进行围术期护理。比较两组患儿术后不同时间点的Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表评分、术后并发症情况、住院时间、住院费用,以及患儿家长对于护理服务的满意度。结果两组术后1d、2d时的Wong-Baker量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环的临床护理路径在扁桃体炎并腺样体增生患儿围术期护理中取得较为满意的效果,可以有效改善术后疼痛症状,减少并发症概率与住院费用,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,适于临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing path based on PDCA cycle in perioperative nursing of children with tonsillitis and adenoid hyperplasia.Methods 90 children with tonsillitis and adenoid hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to the random number table.The control group took routine perioperative nursing measures,and the research group carried out perioperative nursing based on the clinical nursing path of PDCA cycle.The score of the Wong-Baker facial expression pain scale,postoperative complications,hospital stay,hospital expenses,and the satisfaction of parents with nursing services were compared between the two groups at different time points after surgery.Results The score of Wong-Baker scale at 1 and 2 days after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents of children in the study group with nursing service was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path based on PDCA cycle has achieved satisfactory results in the perioperative nursing of children with tonsillitis and adenoid hyperplasia,which can effectively improve the postoperative pain symptoms,reduce the probability of complications and hospitalization costs,shorten the hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction,and is suitableforclinical promotion.
