摘　　要：目的分析加强健康教育对促进慢性鼻窦炎手术患者术后康复的影响效果。方法研究开展时间为2022.06月,截止时间点为2022.12,研究样本为荣成市人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的慢性鼻窦炎手术患者,样本数量共有100例,基于随机数字表法原则分为2组,分别接受常规护理与加强健康教育干预。对比观察两组患者术后恢复情况以及患者对疾病认知差异。结果分析两组术后症状积分变化差异发现,研究组患者术后流涕、头痛、鼻腔干燥以及鼻腔通气症状有得到显著改善(P<0.05);对比观察患者入院时、术前1日、术日晨、出院前1d疾病认知情况,研究组在术前1日、术日晨、出院前1d疾病认知评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论进行慢性鼻窦炎围术期过程中,提高患者对疾病的认知水平,不仅有助于促进患者术后恢复,还利于健康行为和生活方式的有效培养,需要重视健康教育效果,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening health education on promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods The research started in June,2022,and ended in December,2022.The research samples were 100 patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Rongcheng People's Hospital,and were divided into two groups based on the principle of random number table,receiving routine nursing and strengthening health education intervention respectively.The postoperative recovery and the difference of patients'cognition of diseases between the two groups were compared and observed.Results By analyzing the difference of postoperative symptom score between the two groups,it was found that the symptoms of postoperative runny nose,headache,nasal dryness and nasal ventilation in the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Comparative observation of patients'disease cognition at the time of admission,the first day before operation,the morning of operation and the first day before discharge showed that the disease cognition score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative period of chronic sinusitis,improving patients'awareness of the disease is not only helpful to promote patients'postoperative recovery,but also conducive to the effective cultivation of healthy behavior and lifestyle.It is necessary to pay attention to the effect of health education,which is worth popularizing.
