舒适护理对于提升鼻窦炎患者生活质量和满意度的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析予以鼻窦炎患者术式护理对其生活质量提升作用及对护理满意度影响价值。方法随机抽选2021年5月~2023年2月期间入院符合研究要求鼻窦炎患者89例为研究对象,经随机划分对照组45例、研究组44例后,开展对比性护理研究。患者临床治疗期间,对照组配合常规范护理,研究组联合舒适护理。以患者护理实施期间生活质量评分、心理健康评分、术后疼痛评分变化,手术相关不良预后发生率及护理满意度为评价标准,比较不同护理模式临床应用效果及护理影响。结果(1)术后7d时,研究组SF-36评分高于同期对照组,且SNOT-22评分低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。(2)研究组术后3d、7d时VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。(3)研究组手术相关不良预后发生率(6.82%)低于对照组,且研究组护理满意度(95.45%)高于对照组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论鼻窦炎患者功能性鼻内镜手术治疗期间配合规范护理+舒适护理,对患者围手术期心理健康、生活质量水平均有积极改善作用,且可明显缓解术后疼痛不适,降低临床不良预后风险,提升临床护理评价,实施效果确切。Objective To analyze the effect of surgical nursing on the quality of life of patients with sinusitis and the value of the effect on nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 89 patients with sinusitis who met the study requirements were randomly selected from May 2021~February 2023 as the study subjects,and a comparative nursing study was carried out.To compare the clinical application effect and nursing impact of comfort nursing.Results(1)At 7 days after surgery,the SF-36 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group and the SNOT-22 score was lower than that in the control group in the same period,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(2)The VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 3d and 7d after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Standardized nursing+comfortable nursing during functional nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with sinusitis has a positive effect on improving the quality of life in the perioperative period,and can reduce the risk of poor clinical prognosis.
