针对性护理干预应用在鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎护理中的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探究鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎中辅以针对性护理的效果及实践价值。方法选取2021年6月~2022年6月于我院就诊的分泌性中耳炎(予鼓膜穿刺术治疗)患者研究,总例数90例,按照1:1比例分组,等分为2组,对照组采取一般护理,观察组采取针对性护理,比较2组指标,囊括症状消失用时、并发症及不良情绪等。结果①症状消失用时:观察组耳鸣、耳闷消失及语频听力恢复用时与对照组比低(P<0.05);②并发症:观察组鼓膜穿孔、内耳损伤等发生率,相比对照组表现更低(P<0.05);③不良情绪/疼痛水平:与对照组比,观察组焦虑、抑郁及疼痛得分表现更低(P<0.05)。结论鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎中辅以针对性护理效果确切,可经解不良情绪,降低疼痛不适,改善相关症状,规避并发症发生,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect and practical value of tympanic membrane puncture in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods A total of 90 patients with secretory otitis media treated by tympanostomy from June to June 2022 in our hospital were 2021,the control group was given general nursing,the Observation Group was given specific nursing.The indexes of the two groups were compared,including the time when symptoms disappeared,complications and bad mood.Results Symptom disappearance time:The observation group had lower time for the disappearance of tinnitus,ear tightness,and recovery of speech frequency and hearing compared to the control group(P<0.05);②Complications:The incidence of tympanic membrane perforation and inner ear injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);③Adverse emotions/pain levels:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed lower scores of anxiety,depression,and pain(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of tympanic membrane puncture combined with targeted nursing in the treatment of secretory otitis media is definite,which can relieve bad mood,reduce pain and discomfort,improve related symptoms and avoid complications.
