综合护理对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者负性心理的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者用综合护理的效果及对负性心理的影响。方法2021年7月-2022年8月,从本院收治的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者中选择70例,用随机分组法,分两组,各组35例。对照组采纳常规护理,试验组采纳综合护理,对比护理效果。结果经对比,听力改善效果试验组94.29%,对照组74.29%,试验组高于对照组,P<0.05;护理前,负性心理焦虑与抑郁评分、听力损伤评分相比,无差异,P>0.05,护理后,心理焦虑与抑郁评分、听力损伤评分试验组低于对照组,P<0.05;护理后,护理后,患者的心理、社会、驱体等功能评分与物质生活评分试验组高于对照组,P<0.05;以自制问卷表评估患者的护理满意度,试验组较对照组高,P<0.05。结论突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者采用综合护理,可以减轻负性心理,对提高听力改善效果与生活质量具有重要作用,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus and its influence on negative psychology.Methods From July 2021 to August 2022.70 cases of sudden deafness with tinnitus were selected from our hospital and divided into two groups by random grouping method,35 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing,the nursing effect was compared.Results After comparison,the hearing improvement effect of experimental group was 94.29%and control group was 74.29%,and the experimental group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no difference between negative psychological anxiety and depression score and hearing impairment score,P>0.05.After nursing,psychological anxiety and depression score and hearing impairment score of experimental group were lower than that of control group,P<0.05;After nursing,the psychological,social,physical and other functional scores and material life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with sudden deafness accompanied by tinnitus can alleviate negative psychology,and play an important role in improving the effect of hearing improvement and quality of life.It is worth promoting.
