ERAS理念下的护理模式对扁桃体切除术患儿围术期应激反应的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在扁桃体切除术实施过程中,由护理人员在ERAS理念下展开护理模式的价值,并分析该方案对机体应激反应的影响。方法由研究人员在随机情况下选择2022年3月~2023年3月这一时间范围内,在我院通过相关检查确诊实施扁桃体切除术的100例患者,以入院单双数分组,50例纳入对照组实施常规护理,50例纳入观察组在ERAS理念下展开护理干预。统计护理前后患者焦虑及抑郁心理状态、疼痛程度进行评价,并就康复指标进行分析。结果观察组50例患者经护理后记录的焦虑、抑郁评分,较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组记录的疼痛程度,较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组记录的2项康复指标,较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论在扁桃体切除术实施中由护理人员在ERAS理念下展开护理服务既可改善机体应激状态,亦可缩短住院及康复时间。Objective To explore the value of nursing mode implemented by nursing staff under the ERAS concept during tonsillectomy,and to analyze the impact of this plan on the body's stress response.Method Researchers randomly selected 100 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023,and were confirmed through relevant examinations.They were divided into odd and even groups upon admission,50 patients were included in the control group for routine care,and 50 patients were included in the observation group for nursing intervention under the ERAS concept.Evaluate the anxiety and depression psychological status,pain level of patients before and after nursing,and analyze rehabilitation indicators.Result The anxiety and depression scores recorded in the observation group of 50 patients after nursing care were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The pain level recorded in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The four rehabilitation indicators recorded in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of tonsillectomy,nursing services provided by nursing staff under the ERAS concept can not only improve the stress state of the body,but also shorten hospitalization and rehabilitation time.
