PDCA循环管理对耳鼻喉科门诊手术感染防控的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环管理对耳鼻喉科门诊手术感染的防控效果和应用价值。方法选择从2022年1月至2023年1月期间在本院耳鼻喉科门诊进行手术治疗的200例患者,基于随机抽样的分组原则将各100例患者分入对照组与研究组。其中对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取PDCA循环管理。对比两组的手术感染发生率、手术室护理质量评分、护理人员防护措施评分。结果研究组的手术感染发生率(0%)低于对照组(6%),P<0.05。研究组的药品器械管理、护理安全管理、消毒管理、环境管理四项手术室护理质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的手套佩戴、口罩佩戴、隔离衣穿着、针头-注射器标准化分离、使用一次性医疗用品等防护措施评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉科门诊中应用PDCA循环管理可以有效提高手术室护理质量和护理人员防护力度,实现对手术感染的有效防控。Objective To analyze the effect and application value of PDCA circulation management on prevention and control of surgical infection in otolaryngology outpatient department.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,200 patients were selected for surgical treatment in the outpatient department of otolaryngology of our hospital.Based on the grouping principle of random sampling,1o0 patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given PDCA circulation management.The incidence of surgical infection,nursing quality score of operating room and protective measures score of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of surgical infection in study group(0%)was lower than that in control group(6%),P<0.05.The scores of drug and instrument management,nursing safety management,disinfection management and environment management in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of protective measures such as wearing gloves,wearing masks,wearing isolation clothes,standardized separation of needle-syringe and using disposable medical articles in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management in ENT clinic can effectively improve the quality of nursing in operating room and the protection of medical staff,and achieve effective prevention and control of surgical infection.
