基于电子鼻咽喉内窥镜下异物取出术患者护理干预方案的构建及应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于电子鼻咽喉内窥镜下异物取出术中构建护理干预方案,对临床护理的应用价值。方法本次研究述选120例,2023.03~2024.03期间,我院收治的行电子鼻咽喉内窥镜下取异物患者展开,以“随机数字表法”按1:1形式划分为2组(分别为对照组和研究组),均纳入60例患者,对照组给予传统护理模式,研究组构建护理干预方案;比较指标包含心理状态、诊疗恐惧程度、麻醉效果、诊疗效果。结果研究组患者心理状态和诊疗恐惧程度较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);研究组麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组诊疗效果中异物一次性钳取率较对照组有所上升,诊疗时间和并发症有所下降,(P<0.05)。结论基于电子鼻咽喉内窥镜下异物取出术中构建护理干预方案,对改善患者心理状态、缓解诊疗恐惧程度、提高麻醉效果和改善诊疗效果明显,具有进一步借鉴价值。Objective To explore the clinical nursing value of adding nursing intervention scheme in the foreign body extraction operation based on electronic nasopharyngeal endoscope.Methods In this study,120 cases were selected.During 2023.03~2024.03,patients receiving pharyngeal foreign bodies under electronic nasopharyngoscopy in our hospital were divided into 2 groups(control group and study group respectively)by"random number table method"according to l:l,and 60 patients were included.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the study group was added targeted nursing measures.The comparison indexes included psychological state and medical fear degree.Results The negative emotional states in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of medical fear in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anesthetic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rate of one-time foreign body forceps extraction in the study group increased,and the time of diagnosis and treatment and complications decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary clinical nursing intervention in the operation of foreign body extraction under electronic nose and throat endoscope is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients and relieve the degree of medical fear,and the effect is obvious,which has further reference value.
