联用早期少量饮水与基本口腔护理改善全麻气管插管病人术后不同时间段咽喉红肿疼痛的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的讨论联用早期少量饮水与基本口腔护理改善全麻气管插管病人术后不同时间段全麻气管插管的价值。方法于2022年8月-2024年4月共收治90例全麻气管插管术后患者作为研究对象,依据手术实施顺序分为对照组45例与研究组45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施早期少量饮水与基本口腔护理。观察术后不同时间段咽喉红肿与疼痛情况、咽喉不适度、口腔感染发生率。结果研究组术后不同时间段咽喉红肿情况均明显轻于对照组,P<0.05。研究组术后不同时间段咽喉疼痛情况均明显轻于对照组,P<0.05。研究组术后咽喉轻微不适机率明显高于对照组,不适可忍受、不适难以忍受均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组术后口腔感染发生率的0%明显低于对照组的8.89%,P<0.05。结论联用早期少量饮水与基本口腔护理改善全麻气管插管患者术后不同时间段咽喉红肿疼痛的临床价值显著,减轻咽喉不适,且有助于防范口腔感染不良事件,因此,护理价值较高。Objective To discuss the value of early small water and basic oral care in general anesthesia.Methods From August 2022 to April 2024,90 patients after endotracheal intubation in general anesthesia were admitted as study subjects,which were divided into 45 control group and 45 study group according to the order of surgery.The control group implemented routine care,and the study group implemented early small amount of water and basic oral care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of throat redness and pain,throat intolerance and infection of oral cavity at different times after surgery was observed.Results All the study group were less worse than the control group,P<0.05.The study group had significantly less throat pain at different postoperative periods than the control group,P<0.05.The probability of slight postoperative throat discomfort in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the tolerable discomfort and unbearable discomfort were significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The 0%incidence of postoperative oral infection in the study group was significantly lower than the 8.89%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of early small amount of drinking water and basic oral care improves the clinical value of throat swelling and pain at different periods after surgery,reduces throat discomfort,and helps to prevent adverse events of oral infection.Therefore,so the nursing value is high.
