摘 要:将特定机械装置与阻尼器协同设置,可将建筑结构的小幅振动变形传递放大为阻尼器的中、大幅变形,提高阻尼器对风或地震等激励引起的结构振动的抑制效果。阻尼器变形放大装置可使阻尼器工作效率显著提升。在综合评述齿轮式、杠杆式、旋转式、负刚度式阻尼器变形放大装置的主要问题和应用瓶颈后,分析了肘式变形放大装置的主要优势。进一步论述了基于肘式变形放大装置形成的剪刀式变形放大装置的特点和发展需求。针对肘式和剪刀式变形放大装置的平面外整体动力失稳问题,提出新型立体式变形放大装置,介绍了立体式放大装置的构型和力学模型,并通过数值算例,证明了该装置的有效性。最后,根据阻尼器变形放大装置工程应用的要求,提出了放大装置理论和技术的进一步研究需求,包括研究适用于安装变形放大装置的消能减震结构实用分析设计方法,以及研发变形放大装置与阻尼器的新型连接铰节点,以弥合连接“暗缝”造成的变形放大损失,并保障此类装置易于设计,且能高效、可靠工作。By collaborating specific mechanical devices with the dampers,the small vibration deformation of the building structure can be amplified and transmitted to the medium or large deformations of the damper,thereby improving the damper’s suppression effect on structural vibrations caused by excitations such as wind or earthquakes.The deformation amplification device can significantly improve the dampers’working efficiency.After a comprehensive review of the main problems and applicational bottlenecks of the gear type,lever type,rotary type,and negative stiffness type deformation amplification devices of dampers,the main advantages of the toggle-type deformation amplification devices were analyzed.Furthermore,the characteristics and development needs of an advanced form of the toggle-type deformation amplification device,that is,the scissor-type deformation amplification device,were discussed.To tackle the global out-of-plane dynamic instability issue of the toggle-type and scissor-type deformation amplification devices,a new three-dimensional deformation amplification device was proposed.The configuration and mechanical model of the three-dimensional deformation amplification device were introduced,and the effectiveness of the device was demonstrated through a numerical example.Finally,based on the requirements of the engineering application of the damper deformation amplification device,further research needs for the theory and technology of deformation amplification devices were proposed,that is,to develop practical analysis and design methods for energy dissipation structures equipped with dampers’deformation amplification devices,and to develop new hinge connections between the deformation amplification device and dampers that bridges the"hidden gaps"in the joints.These developments will ensure that the toggle-and scissor-type deformation amplification devices are easy to design and can work efficiently and reliably.
