摘　　要：介绍了我国硫酸工业热能的回收利用现状,分析了目前热能利用中存在的问题,阐述了有关硫酸生产过程中高、中和低温位热能的充分回收和高效利用的方法。强调了硫酸生产企业要重视有效能的平衡和合理利用,要遵循能源的梯级利用和综合利用原则。采用汽轮机拖动机械设备是一项很好的节能选择,通过优化蒸汽参数、提高蒸汽品质,可以大幅提高汽轮机的输出功率。The current status of the recovery and utilization of temperature thermal energy in China’s sulphuric acid industry are introduced,the existing problems in thermal energy utilization are analyzed,and the methods for fully recovering and efficiently utilizing high,medium and low temperature thermal energy in the sulphuric acid production process are explained.It emphasized that sulphuric acid production enterprises should attach importance to the balance and rational utilization of available energy,and follow the principles of energy cascade utilization and comprehensive utilization.Using a steam turbine to drive mechanical equipment is a great energy-saving option.By optimizing steam parameters and improving steam quality,the output power of the steam turbine can be significantly increased.
