摘　　要：介绍了江西某硫酸厂150 kt/a发烟硫酸装置的工艺流程、主要设备,并对该装置的关键环节进行危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析和SIL评估。投产后该发烟硫酸装置生产运行稳定,成品发烟硫酸指标达到或优于GB/T 534-2014《工业硫酸》中优等品要求,经济效益和社会效益良好。The process flow and main equipment of a 150 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid plant in Jiangxi are introduced,and conduct hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis and SIL assessment on the key links of the plant.After being put into operation,the production and operation of the fuming sulphuric acid plant are stable,and the finished fuming sulphuric acid index meets or exceeds the requirements for superior products in GB/T 534-2014“Sulphuric acid for industrial use”,with good economic and social benefits.
