摘　　要：介绍了离子液脱硫工艺在中色大冶阳新弘盛铜业环集烟气脱硫及制酸尾气脱硫系统的应用情况。阐述了离子液脱硫系统的工艺流程和配置特点,分析了装置存在的贫富液换热器堵塞、再生气冷却器堵塞、风淬烟气净化系统出口温度过高和离子液管道腐蚀等问题并提出解决措施。该离子液脱硫系统投运后,通过持续优化改进,整体运行平稳,排放烟气ρ(SO_(2))≤20mg/m^(3)。This article introduces the application of ionic liquid desulfurization technology in the flue gas desulfurization and acid tail gas desulfurization systems of Zhongse Daye Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Industry.The process flow and configuration characteristics of the ionic liquid desulfurization system are described.The problems of blockage of the lean and rich liquid heat exchangers,blockage of the regeneration gas cooler,high outlet temperature of the air quenching flue gas purification system,and corrosion of the ionic liquid pipeline are analyzed,and solutions are proposed.After the ionic liquid desulfurization system is put into operation,through continuous optimization and improvement,the overall operation is stable,and the mass concentration of sulfur dioxide in the discharged flue gas is below 20 mg/m^(3).
