摘　　要：介绍了中国石化中原油田普光分公司天然气净化厂的生产工艺,以及GB/T33000—2016《企业安全生产标准化基本规范》在净化厂的实施情况和应用效果。普光净化厂依据该标准,在制度化管理、教育培训、现场管理、设备设施管理、安全风险管控、隐患排查治理以及应急管理和事故管理等方面开展了相关工作,建立健全安全生产、职业卫生制度以及安全教育培训制度,对检修现场进行风险辨识并制定和评估应急预案,加强检修作业规范化管理,取得了较好的效果。This article introduces the production process of Natural Gas Purification Plant,Puguang Branch of SINOPEC Zhongyuan OilField,as well as the implementation and application effect of GB/T 33000-2016 Basic norms for enterprise safety production standardization in the purification plant.Based on this standard,Puguang Purification Plant has carried out relevant work in institutionalized management,education and training,on-site management,equipment and facility management,safety risk control,hidden danger investigation and governance,emergency management and accident management.It has established and improved safety production,occupational health system,and safety education and training system,identified risks at the maintenance site,formulated and evaluated emergency plans,strengthened standardized management of maintenance operations,and achieved good results.
