摘 要:为研究热处理对三元Bi_(2)Te_(2.7)Se_(0.3)热电薄膜形貌和性能的影响,采用恒电位沉积的方法制备了两个热电薄膜,通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对其物相、形貌进行表征;通过台阶仪和霍尔效应测试系统对薄膜的膜厚和性能进行测试。研究结果表明,采用电化学沉积法制备的三元膜为纯相Bi_(2)Te_(2.7)Se_(0.3),在(110)晶面有择优取向;扫描电镜观察结果表明,热处理显著改变了薄膜的微观形貌,使得三元薄膜从“白菜叶”形貌变为由纳米片相互交叉组成的微球;霍尔效应测试结果表明,热处理后薄膜的电导率得到了提高,载流子浓度则轻微降低。In order to study on the effect of the thermal treatment on morphology and properties of Bi_(2)Te_(2.7)Se_(0.3)thermoelectric films,two thermoelectric films were potentiostatically deposited.The phase and morphology were characterized by XRD and FE-SEM.Meanwhile,the thickness of films and property were determined by a surface profiler and a Hall effect measurement system.The XRD results showed that the as-prepared films were single-phase Bi_(2)Te_(2.7)Se_(0.3)compound thin films with remarkable(110)preferred orientation.Moreover,the SEM results indicated that thermal treatment obviously changed the morphology of the films from cabbage leaves-like morphology to little sphere-like morphology composed of nanosheets which inserted each other.In addition,the results of Hall effect measurement showed that the electrical conductivity of the as-deposited film was elevated,whereas the carrier concentrations of electrodeposited films were slightly decreased by thermal treatment.
