摘　　要：东南大学校园更新建筑设计国际竞赛以东南院教学楼为改造目标。探讨高质量发展背景下,底蕴深厚的百年校园更新设计如何适应新时代要求,把握更新的力度和方向,合理开展更新活动。在设计思考与辨析中聚焦原有建筑的结构性要素,把握东南人情感认同的新陈代谢深度,领悟杨廷宝先生的“合宜得体”儒家精神建筑观,深刻剖析空间的文化延续和更新发展思路,充分认识建筑文化角色随时代演变而变化的规律,采取更加精微、弹性的设计方式追求空间的精神意义,为新时代的城市更新提供借鉴。The campus renewal architecture design international competition of Southeast University aims to renovate the teaching building of Southeast College.Exploring the renewal design of the century old campus with profound heritage how to adapt to the requirements of the new era,grasping the strength and direction of the compus renewal,and carring out renewal activities reasonably under the premise of high-quality development.Focusing on the structural elements of the original building in design reflection and analysis,to grasp the metabolic depth of Southeast University people's emotional identity,and comprehend Mr.Yang Tingbao's Confucian spiritual architecture view of"appropriateness and respectability",deeply analyzing the cultural continuity and renewal development ideas of space,fully understanding the laws of the changing roles of architectural culture with the evolution of the times,and adopting more refined and flexible design methods to pursue the spiritual significance of space,to provide references for urban renewal in the new era.
