摘 要:为准确表征管材热气胀变形行为与工艺参量的定量关系,提出基于6061高强铝合金黏塑性本构的热气胀工艺参量建模新方法,建立工艺参量与热气胀管材变形行为映射关系。开展6061铝合金复杂异形管件热气胀工艺试验,获得不同成形温度、加压速率与压强典型条件下缺陷形式与壁厚分布规律;基于试验结果,分别建立基于6061铝合金黏塑性变形本构、加压速率-应变速率模型与热气胀仿真模型。结果表明,管材变形性能随温度升高显著增加,变形过程的应变始终低于模型曲线的塑性极限值。加压速率越大,材料等效应变速率越大,应变速率强化提高零件的壁厚均匀性。所建立的热气胀工艺参量模型为复杂异形空心构件热气胀成形工艺选择提供有效的定量分析方法。To accurately characterise the quantitative relationship between the deformation behaviour of tubes in hot gas bulging and process parameters,a new method for modelling the hot gas bulging process parameters of 6061 high-strength aluminum alloy tubes based on visco-plastic constitutive is proposed.Meanwhile,the quantitative mapping relationship between different process parameters and material deformation behavior was established.The hot gas bulging process experiment of 6061 aluminum alloy with complex-shaped tubes is carried out.The defect occurance and thickness distributions under the typical process parameters,i.e.forming temperature,pressuring rate and pressure are obtained.Based on the experimental results,models of the visco-plastic constitutive correlation of AA6061,the pressure rate-strain rate and the hot gas bulging simulation are established.The results have shown that formability of tube increases significantly with increasing temperature,and the strain during deformation is lower than ductility limt of the model computated value.The higher the pressurizing rate,the greater the equivalent strain rate,and the thickness uniformity of parts is improved using strain rate hardening.The established hot gas bulging process parametric model enables to provide an effective quantitative analysis method for the process parameter selection of hot gas bulging forming for complex-shaped hollow components.
