机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土抗压强度试验研究

摘  要:为探究机制砂原料种类和机制砂级配对机制砂再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,以细骨料类型(天然砂、石灰石机制砂、卵石机制砂)细骨料级配、水灰比为变量制作了30组机制砂再生混凝土立方体试块和15组天然砂再生混凝土立方体试块。结果表明:在石粉掺量10%时,机制砂再生混凝土抗压强度高于天然砂再生混凝土,且机制砂原料为石灰石的抗压强度高于卵石;机制砂各筛孔量占比分别为5%、7%、18%、25%、26%和14%时,机制砂再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度最高。研究表明:严格控制水灰比、颗粒级配可使机制砂再生混凝土达到设计强度、满足生产应用要求,采用机制砂替代天然砂制备再生骨料混凝土更有优势,是缓解天然砂资源短缺的可行途径之一。In order to investigate the influence of raw material type and gradation of manufactured sand on compressive strength of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)concrete with manufactured sand,30 sets of manufactured sand RCA concrete cube blocks,as well as 15 sets of natural sand RCA concrete cube test blocks for comparing,were prepared by taking fine aggregate type(natural sand,limestone manufactured sand,pebble manufactured sand),fine aggregate gradation and ratio of water-cement as variables.The results show that the compressive strength of manufactured sand RCA concrete is higher than that of natural sand RCA concrete with 10%stone powder content,and the RCA concrete with limestone manufactured sand is higher than that with pebble.Manufactured sand RCA concrete has the highest compressive strength when the proportion of grain size of manufactured sand is 5%,7%,18%,25%,26%and 14%respectively.It shows that strict control of ratio of water-cement and fine aggregate gradation can achieve the design strength of RCA concrete and meet the requirements of production and application,using manufactured sand instead of natural sand to prepare RCA concrete has more advantages and is one of the feasible ways to alleviate the shortage of natural sand resources.
