摘 要:为了研究不同水胶比下,大掺量矿渣、石灰石粉各取代30%、20%水泥对混凝土收缩性能的影响,与基准硅酸盐混凝土进行对比,研究2种矿物掺合料协同作用下混凝土的收缩性能变化,并对其收缩性能进行模型预测。试验结果表明:(1)混凝土的收缩性能(自收缩性能及干燥收缩)会随着水胶比的增大而有所下降。(2)与基准混凝土对比,大掺量矿渣与石灰石粉取代水泥不利于混凝土的自收缩及干燥收缩,与矿渣及石灰石粉各自掺量相关。(3)矿渣-石灰石粉混凝土自收缩曲线及干燥收缩曲线趋势与基准混凝土大致相同,且双掺混凝土自收缩与干燥收缩差值与基准混凝土想比,均会随着龄期的增长而逐渐缩小。(4)采取对数函数形式对矿渣-石灰石粉混凝土收缩-龄期曲线做出模型预测,具有良好的相关性;美国混凝土协会(ACI)推荐混凝土收缩方程的双曲线函数形式相关性更好。In-to study-influence of high-volume slag and limestone powder on the shrinkage performance of concrete under different water-binder ratios,30%and 20%cement were replaced by high-volume slag and limestone powder respectively,and compared with the benchmark silicate concrete.The shrinkage performance change of concrete under the joint action of double-doped slag and limestone powder under different water-binder ratios was derived,and the shrinkage curve of double-doped concrete was predicted by the model.The test results show that:(1)The self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete will decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio.(2)The large amount of slag and limestone powder replacing cement is not conducive to the self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage of concrete,which is related to the respective amounts of slag and limestone powder.(3)Slag-limestone powder concrete autogenous shrinkage curve and drying shrinkage curve trend is roughly the same as the reference concrete,and double concrete autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage difference compared with the reference concrete,will gradually shrink with the increase of age.(4)It takes the form of a logarithmic function of the slag-limestone powder concrete shrinkage-age curve to make model predictions,with good correlation.the American Concrete Institute(ACI)recommended concrete shrinkage equation in the form of hyperbolic function correlation is better.
