摘 要:抽水蓄能机组因其复杂的运行工况,振动通常是由机械、水力、电磁因素相互耦合引起的,开展抽水蓄能机组稳态工况下振动特性的研究对于机组振动故障诊断和稳定运行具有重要意义。本文对引起机组振动的机械、水力、电磁因素的内在机理和表现形式进行了论述,并分别对抽水蓄能机组稳态工况下主要振动表现进行研究分析,结合机组启动运行过程中的S特性和驼峰区域振动现象对不同稳态工况下影响机组振动特性的主要因素进行总结,研究结果可以为机组进行振动分析处理提供理论依据,以保障抽水蓄能机组安全、稳定运行。Given the complex operating conditions of pumped storage units,vibration is usually caused by the combination of mechanical,hydraulic,and electromagnetic factors.The research on vibration characteristics of pumped storage units under steady-state conditions is of great significance for vibration fault diagnosis and stable operation of units.This paper discusses internal mechanism and manifestation patterns of mechanical,hydraulic and electromagnetic factors causing unit vibration,and studies and analyzes main vibration characteristics of pumped storage units under steady-state conditions respectively,and summarizes main factors affecting unit vibration characteristics under different steady-state conditions based on"S"characteristics and"hump"area vibration phenomena during unit startup and operation.The research results can provide theoretical basis for unit vibration analysis and treatment to ensure the safe and stable operation of pumped storage units.
