摘 要:技术供水系统是水电站重要的辅助系统之一,技术供水系统运行中噪声超标和振动大将会影响设备长周期安全稳定运行。本文通过分析乌弄龙电站技术供水系统运行中流量流速偏大、减压阀后管道噪声超标与振动大的原因并提出解决思路,深入分析技术供水管道布置、管材选用等对管路流量、振动与噪声的影响,提出多级减压方式解决噪声和振动的解决方案并通过试验验证,为类似水电站设计、运行优化提供参考和借鉴。The technical water supply system is one of the important auxiliary systems of a hydropower plant.Excessive noise and large vibration in the operation of technical water supply system will affect the long-term safe and stable operation of equipment.This paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive flow rate and the excessive noise and large vibration in the pipeline downstream the pressure reducing valve during the operation of technical water supply system of Wunonglong Hydropower Plant,puts forward the solutions,and deeply analyzes the influence of technical water supply pipeline layout and pipe material selection on pipeline flow,vibration,and noise.This paper proposes a multi-stage pressure reduction solution to address noise and vibration problems and a test verification scheme,providing reference for the design and operation optimization of similar hydropower plants.
