摘  要:钢管混凝土梁拱组合桥拱脚段钢管主要有深埋式和浅埋式两种不同的形式,相对应的主梁梁端构造、钢筋及预应力布置也有所不同。实际工程中,这两种埋深形式使用均较为广泛,因此需要对拱脚段钢管埋深的影响进行研究,为实际工程提供参考。以某130 m跨径钢管混凝土梁拱组合桥为例,分析了拱脚段钢管埋深对施工难度及主梁预应力用量的影响。建立数值分析模型,验证了浅埋式钢管拱脚构造的安全性,并提出了浅埋式拱脚的钢管埋深、端承压板设置、剪力件布置等相关构造要求。The steel tube in arch springing of concrete-filled steel tube girder arch composite bridge mainly has two different forms such as deep buried and shallow buried.The corresponding main beam end structure,reinforcement and prestress layout are also different.In the practical engineering,these two buried depth forms are widely used,so it is necessary to study the influence of buried depth of steel pipe in arch springing in order to provide the reference for practical engineering.Taking a 130 m-span concrete-filled steel tube girder arch composite bridge as an example,the influence of steel pipe buried depth in the arch springing on the construction difficulty,and the amount of prestressed reinforcement of the girder.A numerical analysis model is established to verify the safety of the shallow-buried steel pipe arch springing structure.And the correlative structural requirements of buried depth of steel pipes,setting of end bearing pressure plates,and the arrangement of shear members for the shallow buried arch springing.
