摘　　要：雨污分流是我国排水行业的一个重要研究课题。分析当前雨污分流治理模式现状及存在问题,提出雨污分时分流新型分流模式。论述及研究雨污分时分流模式的概念及实施路径,基于污水收集效果,从五个路径建立新型雨污分流模式,创新绩效考核体系,增强效能管控,采用数字化手段开展工程管理,提出反向污水治理新模式,将污水治理从总量排序向效能排序转变。结合某村镇的排水案例分析,验证模式的有效性,为排水行业内提供借鉴,促进我国排水事业的良好发展。Rainwater and sewage separation is an important research topic in China's drainage industry.This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of rainwater and sewage separation treatment models,and proposes a new dual-flow model of rainwater and sewage separation at different times.This paper discusses and studies the concept and implementation path of the dual-flow model of rainwater and sewage separation at different times,and establishes a new dual-flow model of rainwater and sewage separation based on the effectiveness of wastewater collection from five paths.It innovates the performance evaluation system and enhances the efficiency control,and adopts digital means to carry out engineering management.It also proposes a new model of reverse sewage treatment,which will transform sewage treatment from a ranking based on total volume to a ranking based on effectiveness.By analyzing a drainage case in a village town,this paper verifies the effectiveness of the model and provides reference for the drainage industry,promoting the sound development of China's drainage industry.
