摘  要:泵站的流道决定着水泵进口的吸入条件,对水泵装置效率、工程投资和安全运行影响较大,为提高流道表面平整度,降低水流流态对水泵装置效率的影响,在设计大中型泵站流道时往往将进出水流道设计成永久钢衬。以某大型泵站流道钢衬为例,叙述了流道钢衬设计中的荷载分析过程,优化了钢衬面板、肋板、横撑及立杆等的设计方法,并对主要构件的变形、内力、应力和稳定性等进行了验算,对影响钢衬受力的有关敏感因子进行了分析,可为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。The flow channel of pump station determines the suction condition of the pump inlet,which has a great influence on the efficiency,engineering investment and safety operation of the pump device.In order to improve the surface flatness of the flow channel and reduce the influence of the flow form on the efficiency of the pump device,the inlet and outlet flow channels are often designed as permanent steel lining in the design of the flow channel of medium-sized and large pump stations.Taking the steel lining of flow channel in a large pumping station as an example,the load analysis in the design process of the steel lining of the flow channel is described.The design methods of the steel lining panel,stiffening rib,cross brace and vertical pole are optimized.The deformation,internal force,stress and stability of the main components are checked.And the sensitive factors affecting the stress of the steel lining are analyzed,which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
