摘 要:顶推施工是桥梁工程中一种重要的施工方法,常在施工条件复杂的情况下应用,其施工时的安全问题尤为重要。以哈尔滨东三环滨绥线钢箱梁的顶推施工项目为例,该项目上跨工程由4层立体交通组成,施工时间受铁路行车严重制约,施工难度极大,故对其整个顶推过程中钢箱梁和导梁的受力进行仿真模拟分析,以确保项目的顺利实施。经分析得到以下结论:在钢箱梁拼装阶段,拼装第二节钢箱梁时导梁和钢箱梁的拉压应力同时达到最大值;在钢箱梁顶推至顶推支墩前但还未上墩的最大悬臂状态下,导梁在各段钢箱梁顶推悬臂状态下的受力基本不变;在钢箱梁顶推至顶推支墩之上及成桥状态下,导梁在第二个顶推支墩之上受力最大;在钢箱梁落梁至永久支撑时即成桥时,钢箱梁的受力最大。模拟结果显示最大受力均满足规范要求,可保证施工的安全性,分析过程可为类似项目提供借鉴意义。The incremental launching construction is an important construction method in bridge engineering,is often used in the case of complex construction conditions,and its construction safety is particularly important.Taking the incremental launching construction of steel box girder in Binsui Line in the East Third Ring of Harbin as an example,the overpass of this project is composed of four-layer three-dimensional transportation.The construction time is seriously limited by the railway train operation.The construction difficulty is very large.Therefore,the stress of the steel box girder and guide beam in the whole pushing process is simulated and analyzed in order to smoothly implement the project.The analysis results show that during the assembling of the second steel box girder,the tensile and compressive stresses of the guide beam and the steel box beam reach the maximum value at the same time.When the steel box girder is pushed up to the maximum cantilever in front of the push pier but not yet on the pier,the stress of the guide beam under the pushing cantilever state of each section of the steel box girder is basically unchanged.When the steel box girder is pushed on the top push pier and under the finished bridge,the guide beam has the greatest stress on the second top pushing pier.When the steel box girder is erected to the permanent support and the bridge is finished,the steel box girder has the greatest stress at the moment.The simulation results show that the maximum stress meets the specification requirements,which can ensure the safety of construction.The analysis process can provide a reference for similar projects.
