铁路全封闭声屏障吸声板安装施工技术研究

摘　　要：针对铁路全封闭声屏障吸声板在安装施工中易与其他工序发生交叉、吸声板尺寸误差难以控制、施工工期紧张等问题,提出了基于改良型安装台车的全封闭声屏障吸声板安装施工工艺。以津兴铁路固永特大桥为工程实例,设计了一种改良型吸声板安装台车,使全封闭声屏障小型构件安装、钢拱架检查检测、整改验收工作不受架设单线箱梁作业制约,并对铁路全封闭声屏障吸声板安装施工技术进行了研究,提出了相应的施工注意事项。研究提出的全封闭声屏障吸声板安装施工方法在提高施工精度和效率、降低施工成本和交叉作业风险上实施效果显著,可为类似工程施工提供参考。Aiming at the problems of easily crossing with other processes,hard to control the size error of the acoustic board and the tight construction period during the installation and construction of the fully enclosed sound barrier acoustic board in railway,the installation and construction technology of acoustic board based on improved mounting trolley is put forward.Taking Guyong Bridge in Jinxing Railway as an engineering example,an improved acoustic board mounting trolley is designed to make the installation of small components for the fully enclosed sound barrier,inspection of steel arch frames and rectification acceptance work not restricted by the erection of single-line box girders.The construction technology for the installation of acoustic board on the fully enclosed sound barrier of the railway is studied,and the corresponding construction precautions are proposed.The installation and construction methods of fully enclosed sound barrier acoustic board have the obvious implementation effects in improving the construction accuracy and efficiency,and reducing the construction costs and cross operation risks,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
