摘 要:RAP料(回收沥青混合料)性能分析是沥青路面热再生技术的关键性步骤,分析RAP料中的沥青含量可以确定再生剂的掺量,分析级配可以确定新沥青混合料的级配和性能。通过理论分析和试验对比,比较离心抽提法和燃烧法的优缺点,研究适合分析热再生中RAP料沥青含量与矿料级配的方法。结果表明:离心抽提法可以得到混合料中的沥青,但测得的沥青含量偏高,级配离散性较高,2.36 mm以下细集料误差较大;燃烧法的试验精度高,主要误差为1.18 mm以下集料;两种方法各有侧重,在实际工程中应该综合使用。RAP material(recycled asphalt mixture)performance analysis is a key step in the asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology.The analysis of the asphalt content in the RAP material can determine the amount of recycling agent.The analysis of the gradation can determine the gradation and performance of the new asphalt mixture.Through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison,the advantages and disadvantages of centrifugal extraction method and combustion method are compared.The method suitable for analyzing the asphalt content and mineral aggregate gradation of RAP material in hot recycling is studied.The results show that the asphalt in the mixture can be obtained by centrifugal extraction method.The measured asphalt content is high.The gradation dispersion is high.The error of fine aggregate below 2.36 mm is large.The combustion method has high accuracy.The main error is less than 1.18 mm aggregate.Each method has its own emphases and should be comprehensively used in practical engineering.
