摘 要:针对长度为4 m的螺栓连接预制装配式桥梁护栏静力性能进行足尺寸试验研究,验证了其施工可行性,并获取了其荷载-变形全曲线和破坏模式。根据试验结果,单段护栏承载力无法满足现行规范横向碰撞荷载的要求;由于护栏节段过短,与其相连的桥面悬臂板受力更为集中,导致桥面板发生屈服和局部扭转破坏,护栏本身则未发生破坏,与规范采用的破坏模式不符。此外,采用有限元软件对护栏受力性能进行了模拟和参数分析,结果表明:护栏承载力随着节段长度增大而增大,当护栏长度达到12 m以上时,方能使护栏发生塑性破坏而且桥面板不破坏。The full-size experimental study is carried out for the static performance of a 4 m long precast fabricated bridge barrier connected by the bolts to verify its construction feasibility.And the load-deformation curves and failure modes are obtained.Based on the experimental result,the bearing capacity of a single-section barrier cannot meet the requirement of horizontal crash load in the current specifications.Due to the barrier segment too short,the force on the deck cantilever plate connected with it is more concentrated,which will cause the yield and local torsion failure of deck slab.The barrier itself is still perfect.The failure mode is different from that of the specification.In addition,the finite element software is used to carry out the simulation and parameter analysis on the stress performance of the barrier.The result shows that the bearing capacity of the barrier increases with the increment of segment length.When the barrier length reaches more than 12 m,the barrier can be plastic damaged and the deck slab will not be damaged.
